1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the b888 neco platform and the user. In these Terms, "platform" refers to the b888 neco website, mobile application, and all related services.

By creating an account on b888 neco or continuing to use the platform, you voluntarily and knowingly agree to all the terms stated here. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the platform.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any part of the Terms is unclear, please contact our customer support team.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on b888 neco, you must complete the registration process. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided during registration will be required for later verification.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• To make changes to account details, you must contact the customer support team.

2.2 Identity Verification

b888 neco reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card or other documents as needed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on b888 neco. Protecting minors from gambling or betting is our priority. Providing false information about age may not only result in account cancellation but could also create legal liability.

The platform is open only to persons residing in Bangladesh. Using it from countries where online betting is prohibited is a violation of these Terms.

• A national ID card or birth registration certificate is acceptable as proof of age.
• In cases of suspicion, b888 neco may request verification documents.
• Accounts belonging to underage users will be permanently closed and all winnings may be forfeited.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your username or password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

4.1 Password Policy

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should include numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi networks as much as possible.

4.2 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

b888 neco supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for financial transactions. All four mobile payment methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• All deposits will be credited to your account after successful verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

5.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. b888 neco may carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

b888 neco offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

6.1 Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
• Not all game types may count towards wagering with bonus funds — the bonus may contribute less for certain games.
• Separate terms apply to other promotions and offers.

6.2 VIP Cashback

b888 neco VIP members receive weekly cashback. Up to 0.4% applies at Bronze level, up to 0.8% at Silver level, and up to 1.2% at Gold level. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week.

If b888 neco suspects misuse of promotional benefits, it reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and investigate the account.

7 Betting Rules

Certain general rules must be followed for sports betting and casino games on b888 neco. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Betting odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded; however, different terms may apply for full multi-bets.
• If evidence of match fixing or other irregularities is found, b888 neco may void the relevant bets.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All slot and live casino games are played for real money, and results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealers.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game, the relevant round may be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• The game provider's rules are considered final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b888 neco platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing artificial bets or collaborative betting for the purpose of obtaining bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting any software or system vulnerability on the platform.
• Conducting betting through automated bots or scripts.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.

If any prohibited activity is proven, winnings related to that activity will be forfeited and legal action may be taken where applicable.

9 Limitation of Liability

b888 neco is committed to providing a high standard of service; however, service interruptions may occur due to technical reasons or external circumstances. The platform's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a bet is not confirmed due to internet connectivity issues, the platform cannot be held responsible.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a fault on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If a user suffers a loss due to unauthorised access, where the user themselves shared their login details.

However, in cases of proven faults, b888 neco will contact the affected user directly to resolve the matter.

10 Account Closure

10.1 At the User's Request

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. Contact our customer support team via live chat or email to do so. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Our responsible gaming guidelines describe the self-exclusion and limit-setting options in detail.

10.2 At the Platform's Initiative

If evidence of a breach of terms, fraud, or prohibited activity is found, b888 neco reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus earnings may be forfeited.
